Flick-it-On Movie Making
This term Room 11 are teaming up with two other schools around New Zealand to make movies. We all take turns with different parts of movie making. First of all each class had to make a 1min silent movie to 'Flick it On' to the next class. The class receiving the movie will then add sound and foley and 'Flick it On' to the last class to add music. Its lots of fun working collaboratively with other schools and we are learning lots about film making.
For our silent movie with the theme of 'Quest' we brainstormed as a class and came up with ....
'The Search for the missing D's'
We had an expert (Matt) come in and give us some tips on making a storyboard and filming different shots.
HERE IS OUR FINISHED MOVIE.....
Maths Week
The Maths Wizard came to visit Room 11 and
asked us some very tricky questions.
He had some awesome prizes!!!

Ryleigh - 5 Sentence Challenge
One day there was a dog who had no owner, his name was Frankie. He got lost on the road. One day there was a man who stopped in the middle of the road and picked him up and put him in the car. He drove to the pet shop and he put him in a cage. The man missed his meeting.
